Alexander lessons

Picture
The Alexander Technique is not a therapy. Julia is not medically trained and will not diagnose or promise cures, but will teach you tools you can use to cope with everything from everyday life to a chronic condition.

In an Alexander lesson you will stand, sit, lie down, bend or walk, all with verbal instruction and very gentle guidance from Julia’s hands, balancing the body efficiently and bringing your attention to unnecessary stresses which can gradually be released. Since this is a learning process, a course of lessons is recommended before you can bring the Alexander Technique fully into your everyday life.

Loose-fitting clothing should be worn and pupils are requested to remove only their shoes. Contact Julia to book an introductory lesson.
